About me: I live south of Missoula, Montana on the west side of the Bitterroot valley. Many of my photos are taken here in western Montana, but also around the world. I love being outdoors. I hike, bike, fish, hunt, ski and ALWAYS take photos.
I use a Canon 7D and 5D Mark III (with a few lenses and tripods) and shoot in RAW. I process my photos into JPG with Adobe Lightroom with as few adjustments as possible.
Jessa - high jump

This was a University of Montana Grizzly and Montana State Bobcat duel track meet. The UM women won and the MSU men won. Jessa tied for second in the high jump event with 5' 3". The winning jump was 5' 5".
Here are photos of Jessa performing seven jumps - a series of photos for each jump, about nine photos in each series. They begin with the approach, then the take-off, over the bar and last, the landing. In the successful jumps, the over the bar phase has about one or two more photos than the unsuccessful jumps, not sure why this is. The last three jumps are 5' 5" attempts and misses. I can't see much difference but maybe the photos will be useful for you, Jessa. Not sure, but loaded them anyway.
I know you will kill it on the next meet! Best of luck.
